Wedmore is a model of a preserved 2-foot narrow gauge railway that also incorporates a standard gauge railway that operates brake van rides from a purpose built wooden platform.

The layout is of end – to – end design with a fiddle yard at one end with trains running from the fiddle, past the railway’s workshops and into the railways main station area.

The Layout is DCC with locos being sound fitted.

The Layout is formed of 5 boards, sits on trestle is transported in a box trailer.

The track plan shows how the layout is split, with the purple lines being 7mm narrow gauge and the black lines being 7mm standard gauge.
