Parrot Hall is a fictitious south Manchester commuter station set in the late 70’s or 80’s depending on the rolling stock chosen.

The line is modelled as closed for an engineer’s possession beyond the station, so all trains are terminating and returning to Manchester.

Passenger services are mostly in the hands of a motley collection of kit built EMU’s, but the odd DMU can substitute.
