More progress at MMRG

That’s the ‘new’ CAD/3D printing facility installed. All we need now is to learn how to use it!

MACCLESFIELD MODEL RAILWAY GROUP

…….. would like to thank everyone who supported our show on 5th & 6th April. It was the most successful show we’ve had since moving to Tytherington School ….. 16 years ago! To those who organised it and those than volunteered their help, Tytherington School who host the event, the exhibitors who demonstrated their skills and showed us their incredidible model railways, all the traders who provide so many of the ‘essentials’ for the hobby, our catering staff, those who helped ‘spread the word’ by ‘liking’ and ‘sharing’ our posts, the ‘Jam Butty’ Bus and Ned and, of course, every single visitor …. we could not have done it without ALL OF YOU!

Thank you , somehow, doesn’t even begin to cover the gratitude we feel for all your amazing support.

AnnUal Model Railway Exhibition

What a great way to spend a Friday evening out! We’ve spent 5 hours setting up the model railway show ready for you to enjoy tomorrow (Sat 5th April) at Tytherington School (SK10 2EE.) Lots to see (approx 20 layouts) and bargains galore from our Trusted Traders and our own Club sales stand. Can’t make it on Saturday? No worries. We’re open again on Sunday!

Ned (the vintage fire appliance), ‘Tin Lizzie’ (model T Ford) and a modern fire appliance will all be there. Will you?

If transport’s a problem, we’ve got that covered too with our vintage bus service ….. and it’s free!!

We’ll be ready for you. Honest!
